Ryan  Gatti  and his  staff  are dedicated to  personal service  for their clients. Ryan has handled  hundreds of cases and has collected millions of dollars for clients who are  seriously injured. As a father to a spastic quadriplegic  daughter – a victim of an avoidable  medical mistake during her birth –  Gatti understands life before and after  a brain injury. Ryan has successfully  handled 100’s of Personal Injury and  Worker’s Compensation cases. In fact,  from October 2007-November 2009,  Ryan was appointed to serve a seven parish area as a Judge for the Office of  Workers’ Compensation. On the bench,  he presided over hundreds of trials and  hearings. This experience benefits his  clients with the highest standard of legal  representation. During his service as a  Workers’ Compensation Judge, Ryan  also completed training at the National  Judicial College in Reno, Nevada. Ryan served as a State Senator for Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, and Bienville from 2016-2020. His election  fell on the same day as a family mission  trip to Haiti, so Ryan was elected while  he was away. Ryan was active in the  

Senate, passing 22 pieces of legislation.  This legislative experience, from  drafting to final passage, benefits his  clients with a unique perspective of the  legal system. 

Ryan is a graduate of Airline High School (1992) where he was  valedictorian, Student of the Year, and  Football Team Captain. At LSU in Baton  Rouge, he received his undergraduate  degree in history, with a minor in  political science. He also received  Sophomore Honors Distinction and  graduated in two years and nine months.  Ryan served as President and Vice  President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at  LSU and was inducted into the LSU Law  Center Hall of Fame for his service as  Student Bar President. Ryan is an LSU  Law School graduate. 

Ryan served as a deacon and teacher  in his church and as a volunteer coach  for Dixie League Softball and Upward  Sports. He enjoys going on mission trips  and has visited El Salvador, Haiti, and  Mexico. Ryan and his wife, Dr. Susan  Gatti, teach High School Seniors at  Cypress Baptist Church. They have four  daughters: Katherine who is a recent  graduate of TCU’s Fellows Program in  Business and Marketing; Elizabeth who  is a sophomore at Vanderbilt University  studying Biomedical Engineering, and  Charlotte, a middle schooler, who enjoys  volleyball. Rebecca, the Gatti’s third  daughter, passed away in 2017 after a  10-year battle with an avoidable birth  injury. Rebecca’s story is chronicled at  www.gattigirls.blogspot.com. 

In their spare time, Ryan and Susan  enjoy hosting and volunteering for Men of  Courage, Women of Courage, and Students  of Courage. These local ministries gather  once a month and strive to meet the needs  of our local communities. 

In February 2022, Gordon Mosley  joined the firm. Gordon Mosley is an  attorney who focuses on personal injury,  family, and criminal law. Gordon grew  up in the Shreveport/Bossier area,  and he clerked for the 26th Judicial  District Court Judges’ Office after his  completion of Tulane Law School. He  then served as the City Prosecutor  of Bossier City for four years before  entering into private practice. He has  also served as the President of the  Bossier City Rotary Club and President  of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the  Shreveport Bar Association.  

 Jennifer is a Bossier City resident,  where she lives with her husband,  Tom, and their two children. Jennifer  is a 2004 graduate of Louisiana Tech  University, where she earned her  Bachelor of Arts in Political Science  with a minor in English. Thereafter, she  continued her education at Mississippi  College School of Law where she  earned a dual Master of Business  Administration and Juris Doctorate  in 2009. She has spent the last 12 years  representing both debtors and creditors  in the United States Bankruptcy Court.  She now primarily focuses on personal  injury and family law matters. 

Jennifer is an active member of  Cypress Baptist Church, a Life member  of the Junior Auxiliary of Ruston, and  a longtime member of Harry V. Booth  Judge Henry A. Politz American Inn of  Court. During her career, Jennifer has  routinely been named Top Attorney  by SB Magazine and Super Lawyer by  Thompson Reuters and was honored  as one of Shreveport Bossier City’s 40  Under Forty in 2020.

Ebonee Rhodes Norris was raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. A product of the Cherokee-Highland Park neighborhood, she grew up in humble  beginnings.  

As a child, her mother, Sharon,  recognized the importance of  education and instilled the grit  and work ethic she credits to her  success. “Those core values fueled my  academic pursuits,” Norris said. 

Norris’s aspirations of becoming  a lawyer began at the age of 10 as  she witnessed the justice system’s  devastating consequences. “You can  never forget the cries of a classmate  being told that their parent will not  return home because they were  sentenced to prison,” she recounts.  “It was moments such as those that  impacted my life’s trajectory.” 

She graduated from Caddo Parish  Magnet High School and received  her Bachelor of Criminal Justice  from Louisiana State University in  Shreveport. Norris then obtained  her Juris Doctorate from Southern  University Law Center. 

Norris amassed a wealth of experience in the legal field before  starting her law firm. Norris served  as a law clerk for the Louisiana  Attorney General and the Louisiana  Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  Norris also worked for a non-profit  law firm, advocating for the rights  of low-income and elderly residents  in North Louisiana. Norris then  transitioned to the for-profit sector,  where she worked for a private law  firm practicing in the areas of criminal  defense, estate planning, personal  injury, and municipal bonds. 

Norris established The Norris Law  Group, LLC as a boutique law firm providing a client-centered approach  to legal services. “I view an attorney client relationship as one of the most  personal interactions an individual  can have,” Norris said.  

“A boutique practice allows our firm  to have fewer cases and a more specific  client base. This approach improves  overall client satisfaction and helps us  maintain a genuine connection with  our clients.” 

She uses her experience as a legal  assistant, law clerk, and associate in  for-profit and non-profit law firms  to ensure client satisfaction. “Our  office can be reached via telephone  24/7. We offer text message, email  communication, and mobile and  web-based applications to ensure  our clients can always access case  information.”  

Norris also strives to remain accessible to her clients personally, “I  understand a client’s frustration when  they are unable to speak with their  attorney. To remedy that frustration,  I offer current clients the ability to  schedule a conference call at their  convenience.”  

Norris says she approaches each  case as if advocating for a family  member. She credits her love for  the law, compassion for others, and  attention to detail for her success, “I  believe that when you genuinely love  what you do, it shows.”  

Norris has witnessed first-hand the  disparities in the legal system. Norris  prides herself in being an advocate for  social justice and social change.  

She partners with the Justice and  Accountability Center of Louisiana  (JAC) for her philanthropic efforts.  “I assist JAC by offering pro bono services to low-income individuals  seeking to expunge their criminal  records.”  

Norris also focuses her efforts  within her local community. “I have  helped the Parish of Caddo host their  free expungement and resource  fair for over seven years. Their  expungement fair allows me to help  hundreds in our local community.”  

Norris says she has also hosted a free  expungement fair in Desoto Parish. 

Her advice to a younger attorney  is to embrace challenges. “I am a  minority woman in a white male dominated field. Sexism and racism  are not uncommon,” Norris said.  “These challenges have forced me to  sharpen my skill.” 

Norris has developed her reputation  in the areas of criminal defense,  domestic law, and estate planning.  

Ebonee Rhodes Norris is married to  her college sweetheart, John Norris.  They have three children, Madeline  Joy, Saint John, and Sire Robert.

WILLIAM D. HALL

William D. Hall graduated from Louisiana State University -Baton Rouge in 1970, with a B. A. in Psychology. He obtained his Juris Doctor in Louisiana Law from the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at LSU. Upon his return to Shreveport, he served as a law clerk to Judge R. B. Williams at the Second Circuit Court of Appeal and then entered private practice.

His practice consists primarily of representation of individuals who have been injured in accidents through no fault of their own, and the defense of individuals charged with committing criminal acts. Some personal injury cases have resulted in recovery of millions of dollars. All clients receive the same professional treatment in all cases.

Mr. Hall practices in all city and state courts in Louisiana and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of Shreveport Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Foundation, and the National Trial Lawyers Association and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

CHRISTIAN HALL

Christian graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics with a financial application. Upon graduation from SMU, he attended the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at LSU in Baton Rouge. As an LSU law school student, he also studied law abroad in Lyon, France. He graduated from LSU law school with a degree in Comparative Law and a degree of Juris Doctor in Law. Additionally, he completed an externship for the Federal Indigent Defender Board of the Western District of Louisiana in Shreveport and worked for a local law firm. Upon graduating from LSU Law School, he entered into a clerkship at the 1st Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish where he clerked for five district court judges during 2020-2021.
Christian is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Shreveport Bar Association. He attends St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral. He is also an active member of the Krewe of Justinian.

J. P. GUIDRY

Jean-Paul “J.P.” Guidry is a proud cajun from Lafayette, Louisiana. J.P. is a graduate of LSU’s E. J. Ourso College of Business and LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He bleeds purple and gold. Cathy was born and reared in Shreveport, Louisiana. She serves as our paralegal and office manager with more than 23 years of experience in our office.
Responsibilities include assisting clients, handling subrogation/liens, calendaring deadlines/scheduling depositions, drafting pleadings and providing critical support preparing cases for trial. She is essential in making sure all required payments are made to the necessary medical providers so there is no later recourse against the client. Cathy came to our office with considerable knowledge of medicare, medicaid, and health insurance subrogation. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and gardening.

He has served as a Member-at-Large on the board of the Shreveport Bar Association, Member-at-Large on the board for the Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents, Committee Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association Committee Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and is a past Executive Member of the Young Lawyers’ Association of the Shreveport Bar Association.

Luke has served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Member at Large, and Chair of the Fundraising Committee for the Shreveport Bar Foundation, a non profit organization formed with the purpose of performing charitable and educational services in the Shreveport and Bossier communities.

ALLIE AIELLO

Allie grew up in the Shreveport Bossier Area and graduated from Loyola College Prep. After high school, she graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s in Accountancy. In 2012, Allie received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with certificates in both Taxation and Civil Law. After completing her education, she returned to the Shreveport-Bossier area and began her career as a lawyer. Allie’s practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate, title examination and title insurance. Allie is a licensed title insurance producer. In addition to her private practice with Thaxton Title, Allie serves as an assistant district attorney for Bossier and Webster Parishes where she has gained extensive trial experience in prosecuting cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses to and homicide cases.

Allie lives in Bossier City with her husband, Christopher, and their daughter, Elizabeth.
