The past five years that I’ve been a Realtor inNWLA have been some of the most fulfilling years I have ever had in any career! I’ve helped so many wonderful home sellers and buyers and have made more friends doing it than I could have ever imagined! I’ve achieved and surpassed my personal and business goals year over year, and I have no plans for slowing down! From Rookie of the Year to Mega-Agent to Top Producer with nearly 18 millionSOLD in 2021 – my journey in real estate has been marked by hard work followed by hard-earned success thanks to my supportive family, exceptional colleagues, and an innate drive to become the very best real estate agent I can be. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, an empty nester paring down, or a family moving up into a home that will give them room to grow, the sense of joy I feel walking away from a successful closing is what really sparks my joy!
The real estate market here in NWLA is strong. The inventory of available homes for sale remains low compared to pre-pandemic, which makes this a great opportunity for sellers. While a year ago, homes were selling in days for full-price and sometimes multiple offers, the slight rise in interest rates has slowed the
pace a bit, making it much easier for buyers to find (and actually purchase) a new home. Regardless of the market, buyers and sellers need a competent and proactive professional to help them through a sometimes taxing process. I’m not the Realtor who will just drop a sign in the yard and cross my fingers or set you up on an auto email hoping you find your dream home on your own. I am out and about every day actively looking for buyers for my listings and homes for my buyers. I go the extra mile to ensure that all of my clients are informed about the latest market trends and have the information and guidance they need to succeed. If you need me to hold your hand throughout the entire process… no problem; that’s exactly what I’m here for!
I just celebrated my 21st anniversary with my high school sweetheart and business partner, and our talented son
is thriving in his new position at Porters Industrial. My career as a real estate agent has changed our lives for the better and introduced us to many new avenues of personal and financial growth. But the biggest thrill is realizing that sharing the skills and knowledge I have acquired can really make a difference in other people’s lives as well! So if you’re thinking about buying, selling, or investing in NWLA, let‘s sit down and talk about all the ways that I can help!
