Chandra Smith Wilson has the natural ability for seeking functional and beautiful spaces for her clients. This journey started in the Fall of 2019, while she continued to work full-time in the mental health field, which she has done for 8 years. She was born and raised in Coushatta, which is the parish seat of rural Red River Parish in North Louisiana, and attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She is beyond blessed and grateful for the love and support that the community has shown her.
Chandra is committed to actively listening to her client’s needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. She loves working with first-time homebuyers. She also supports St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society. Serving others and being able to put a smile on someone’s face is the fuel that keeps her moving forward. When she’s not in the office or out with clients, Chandra loves traveling, shopping, and spending time with her spouse of 16 years, Mr. Willie Wilson Sr., and their four children. Her favorite inspirational verse is found in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, and plans to give you hope and a future.”
