The real estate market here in NWLA is strong. The inventory of available homes for sale remains low compared to pre-pandemic, which makes this a great opportunity for sellers. While a year ago, homes were selling in days for full-price and sometimes multiple offers, the slight rise in interest rates has slowed the
pace a bit, making it much easier for buyers to find (and actually purchase) a new home. Regardless of the market, buyers and sellers need a competent and proactive professional to help them through a sometimes taxing process. I’m not the Realtor who will just drop a sign in the yard and cross my fingers or set you up on an auto email hoping you find your dream home on your own. I am out and about every day actively looking for buyers for my listings and homes for my buyers. I go the extra mile to ensure that all of my clients are informed about the latest market trends and have the information and guidance they need to succeed. I just celebrated my 21st anniversary with my high school sweetheart and business partner, and our talented son
