Chris Stokes grew up in Shreveport and joined Walker-Alley & Associates in 2016. He puts his legal education, corporate real estate, marketing, and sales experience to good use as a Commercial Realtor.
Chris represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family in Louisiana. He has successfully represented large landowners, small office tenants, big corporations, local small business owners and entrepreneurs. He has a passion for working with historic property owners to find Buyers & Tenants that will bring the historic buildings back to life. He under-stands zoning laws and other complicated land development issues. He successfully works with surveyors and architects on large land devel-opment and construction contractors on tenant improvements for an office space or large warehouses. His corporate experience also includes sales and marketing training allowing him to showcase his Listings to their maximum potential.
