At an early age, Chessica was introduced to the world of real estate by her parents. She grew up watching her mom help others purchase real estate, all while watching her father build a residential and commercial construction company. During those times, she found her passion for helping others achieve their goals of homeownership and wealth in real estate.
In 2014 Chessica gained her real estate license and so began her journey as
a realtor. In 2020 Chessica joined 318 Real Estate and founded 318 property management. With this growth, Chessica has been able to learn more innovative ideas and real estate strategies that go far beyond the norm of real estate transactions. These skills included building community relationships that come naturally to her, and with that comes the ability to ensure all your questions are answered, your needs are met, and your goals are measured, strictly defined, and achieved.
