When you visit the shops, try different items on. What looks nice and what doesn’t may surprise you.

A good way to distract yourself is to head out with your friends, they will know how to make you feel better. You could go to a restaurant or just out for drinks after work, whatever is more convenient for you. If you are struggling with your confidence it can be too tempting to say no, but try your best not to alienate yourself. 

Be Positive

Now, this one can be tricky for a lot of people. It is essential you say nice things to yourself otherwise your anxiety and confidence will simply stay low. Practice standing in front of the mirror and say one positive thing about yourself each day. Repeat this throughout the day and you will soon notice the difference. 

Fix Your Insecurities

Finally, if you think that you need to fix your insecurities to make yourself feel better then this is something only you can decide. Nobody can instruct you to go under the knife, or needle as it were. However, if you have a podgy tummy or wrinkles that you don’t like the look of then this can have a huge impact on your confidence levels. You may need to have some form of counseling before a good quality surgeon can book you in.  It is all about finding who you are going to use.
