Scott has invested over a million dollars to revitalize a 2.8-acre property on Pierremont Road that was formerly a print shop. The Grand Square will now have rental suites for businesses, the Cajun Court Gravel production studio, and an event center. She has also created her own certified Cajun Court Justice for All seasoning, which contains no MSG, and is proud to say it sold out within a few days.

Scott is also a philanthropist and has donated over $30,000 to Southern University in honor of her late brother, Milton Scott. The scholarship will benefit students with 2.0 and 2.5 grade averages.
