Shreveport Green’s Feast, a “Farm-to-Table Experience” was held at Provenance Community’s Greenleaf Park. This elegant and all natural dinner is a true local feast honoring the local farmers who cultivated the crops and the food artisans and chefs who prepared it. The four-course dinner was prepared by seven of our area’s most renowned chefs: Jason Brady, Gabriel Balderas, Frank Harris Jr., Anthony Felan, Eleazar Mondragon, Tom Ramsey and Melissa Stewart Brannan. The Shreveport Green’s mission is to encourage the local production of food, which is healthier, affordable and more accessible.
