<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perhaps they’ll have a good idea in a meeting and still hesitate before saying it. They’ll want to apply for something better but talk themselves out of it. They’ll overthink how they sound, how they look, how they come across, and by the time they’ve finished mentally spiraling, the moment’s already gone. Does this sound like you at all?
