Ark-La-Tex Antique Festival will take place at Bossier Civic Center January 19 – 21. Krewe des Ambassadeurs Grand Bal XVII will be held at Sam’s Town Casino and Hotel on Friday, January 19. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with a buffet dinner and the presentation begins at 8 p.m. This year’s theme is “The British are Coming.” Adult admission is $75 for this black-tie event with a cash bar and live entertainment. Tables are decorated, and the stage is set for the Krewe of Gemini royalty to dance and strut their way through the throngs in the fabulous costumes that are revealed for the first time.
