Caddo Parish Public Schools and the Shreveport Regional Arts Council presented the 35th annual ArtBreak, the largest student arts festival in the south. The three day ArtBreak festival celebrates the creative talent of thousands of students in Northwest Louisiana in the areas of visual, literary, performing, culinary and film art. The festival also included over 50 STEAM activities and an opportunity to work with Academy Award winning animation artist and filmmaker William Joyce to create a new inflatable exceptional friend to live in “Rainbow City” in The Common Park in Downtown Shreveport.
