Langley Parks, LLC was formed with the purpose of providing stellar representation to businesses, governmental agencies and individuals across Louisiana.

Glenn Langley brings over forty years of experience in complex commercial litigation and negotiations, representing a variety of corporations and governmental entities in many matters. He practices in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has achieved a peer rating of the highest level of professional excellence.

Julianna Parks has been practicing since 2006. Her practice concentrates on commercial litigation and government entity representation. Additionally, she handles employment discrimination matters and represents individuals across a variety of practice areas, including family law. She has helped numerous families as they navigate difficult, life-changing situations and has earned a reputation for truly caring for her clients. She is admitted to the federal courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana and all Louisiana state courts.

Langley Parks is supported by a top flight staff who work together to assist in providing excellent representation to the firm’s clients. The staff includes Angelina Luker, a litigation paralegal with over 25 years of experience.

Outside of the law practice, the firm’s attorneys and staff donate their time, resources and talents to support local non-profit organizations and other entities that support efforts to improve the lives of the citizens of the local area and the state. Most notably, Mr. Langley serves on the Louisiana State Bar Association Committee on Bar Admissions, and Mrs. Parks serves on the Board of Directors for the Gingerbread House Children’s Advocacy Center as Vice-President.
