This year’s celebration promises to be bigger and better than ever, so make plans now to join the party on the Shreveport riverfront.  Fireworks are set to begin around 9:30 p.m.

Takin’ It To The Streets is the largest community outreach event in the Shreveport-Bossier City area. What is it you ask? It is a charity event that brings faith-based nonprofits together to provide resources to residents in need. They provide resources for education, housing, health, wellness, children’s resources, job information, entertainment, a kid zone and much, much more. This event will take place at the State Fair of Louisiana, AG Center in Shreveport. Admission is free.

Superstar siblings Donny & Marie Osmond will make a stop at Horseshoe’s Riverdome on as part of their Summer 2018 Tour. They have collectively recorded more than 70 albums, topping the charts with multiple gold and platinum recordings. They have starred in their own television series, specials, documentaries and numerous programs throughout the world, as well as sold out venues worldwide, breaking box office records and receiving countless awards, most notably in 2003 when they received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
