Lee H. Ayres received his undergraduate and law degrees at LSU. As a trial lawyer, he has extensive experience in civil litigation, including business and commercial disputes, personal injury, oil and gas, professional malpractice, and insurance coverage. He has been named to the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Curtis R. Shelton received his law degree from LSU. Curtis practices commercial law, litigation, general business, transactional, family law, and bankruptcy. Shelton is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a member of LSU Hall of Fame.

John R. Williams received his law degree from LSU and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University. He is a Board Certified Tax Specialist in Louisiana and a Board Certified Estate Planning and Probate Specialist in Texas. John is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell.

J. Todd Benson received his law degree at LSU. Todd is licensed in Louisiana and Texas and practices as a trial lawyer handling oil and gas, commercial, business, and personal injury disputes. He is regularly listed in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers of Louisiana.

Stephen J. Paine (who is also a certified public accountant) received his Master’s in Accounting degree from Texas A&M and his law degree from LSU. Stephen practices in the areas of corporate, partnership, securities compliance, estate planning and succession law. He has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers of Louisiana.

Robert W. Raley received his law degree from LSU and is certified as a Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy. Beginning his practice in 1979, he has filed bankruptcy cases ranging from liquidation to multi-million dollar business and high net worth individual Chapter 11 reorganization cases. He is recognized as a top bankruptcy attorney by Super Lawyers.

Jacob C. White received his law degree from LSU and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. Jacob is focused on transactional matters and estate planning, in addition to a special emphasis on federal and state taxation.

Stacey A. Smith obtained her law degree from Southern University Law Center and practices as a litigation and trial attorney in the areas of construction, insurance and professional liability matters.

Jennifer N. Soto received her law degree from Mississippi College. Jennifer practices in the bankruptcy, state and local courts, focusing her practice on representation of creditors and on general civil litigation in state courts.
