Home Sleep Testing is available at the Valiulis Sleep Clinic and meets DOT requirements. A Free Sleep Apnea Screening can be found on her website www.valiulis.com to determine if a sleep study is needed.

Dr. Valiulis brings this rare expertise to the Shreveport area offering Home Sleep Studies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. She has over 14 years experience and expertise in treating sleep and mental health disorders.

Dr. Valiulis is an expert in evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of patients with various sleep disorders. She helps patients to manage or end their disruptive sleep behaviors. She specializes in sleep disorders in adult and children including Sleep Apnea, CPAP intolerance, Narcolepsy, Restless Legs Syndrome, Periodic Limb Movements, Insomnia, Menopause-related Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders including Jet Lag, Sleepwalking, Sleep Terrors, bed wetting, snoring and daytime sleepiness.

Dr. Valiulis specializes in treating patients with all psychiatric issues ranging from ADD/ADHD (Child and Adult Attention Deficit Disorder), Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, Social Anxiety, PTSD, Schizophrenia, drug dependency and troubles with work and relationships.
Dr. Valiulis prides herself in providing evidenced-based, up-to-date and the highest quality psychiatric and sleep medicine treatment. To maintain high clinical standards and excellent patient care, she is dedicated to continuing education and training. Dr. Valiulis is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association, Louisiana Psychiatric Medical Association, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, World Sleep Society, Louisiana State Medical Society and Shreveport Medical Society.
Dr. Valiulis grew up in Shreveport, where she graduated from Caddo Magnet High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in theology from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She obtained her Medical Doctorate and completed her internship and residency in psychiatry at LSUHSC in Shreveport, where she also served as chief resident. In 2000, she received the prestigious Dr. John W. Bick Award for outstanding achievement and promise in the field of psychiatry from the Louisiana Psychiatric Medical Association.
